Bottled 500ml. -from Il Maso dello Speck Brunico, shared with Marko & Hrabren. Dark golden coloured, medium sized off-white head, malty and light caramel nose. Sweet malty, caramel, light herbal and bit nutty with sweetish finish.

0.5l bottle, thx Ogi! Yaaaay, new brewery tick! Shiny copper body, crystal clear, off-white head, thick. Malty, caramelly aroma, bit minerally, slightly too heavy, honeyish. Smooth, lean dry taste, trace dog food, trace citric, caramel. I mean, surprisingly clean, not bad, just missing any significant hop levels that might have made it more enticing to drink, but, with it already having some astringency, hmm... would have to see.

0.5 l bottle thanks to Ogi who brought it from Italy, shared with Marko and him. Clear golden to amber, small off-white head. Aroma is caramel, grain and a hint of cherry. Just a soft whiff of earthy hops. Smooth, medium body, moderately creamy. Not heavy or cloying. Good balance. Shy overall, light grainy, caramely and earthy. Light dry finish with low bitterness.

Draught Head gone very fast; hazy orange-ochre beer. Citrus, faintly coloured malts and even other grains. Kernels, cheesy bread. Again faint citrussy flavour, some hops and definitely watery, falling empty. Light body, good carbonation. Rather poor, I'm afraid.
