Tap @ Frederik Hendrik Groenlo. Slight hazy amber color, short frothy head. Aroma of lots of toffee and caramel, some brown malt, bit spicy. Quite sweet in taste, soft carbonation, bit cookie. Fles gedeeld door Benzai. Bleek gelig bier zonder schuim. Tijdens het inschenken een aroma van gist en een beetje fruitig maar deze geur trekt snel weg. Smaak is zuur waar de mond van samentrekt.

Fles gedeeld door Benzai, geprobeerd met Inoven. Het is een goudgeel bier, zonder schuim. Het heeft een zure gist achtige geur. De smaak is bruisend en zurig.

Bottle [Thanks to RW80] @ home shared with friends. Clear pale golden color, small fizzy white head disappears instantly. Aroma is crappy, foul, manure. Taste lightly malts, weird tart citrus, weird tart bitter. Crap.

1 L bottle, leaking and gushing. Huge white head. Aroma is mild grassy, grainy and slight citric. Mild fruity, light milky. Light sweet, grassy and toasted malt. Medium sweet and light bitter finish.

Draught @ Museum Erve Kots, Eimersweg 4, Lievelde, Netherlands 7173 HG.Light unclear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, butter, butterscotch, light caramel. Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, spicy butter, perfume, grass - sharp grass, butter - toffee - caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20130926]

Draught @ Museum Erve Kots, Eimersweg 4, Lievelde, Netherlands 7173 HG.Unclear light to medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, soap - perfume, fruity, spicy, coriander, light butter. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to light moderate bitter with a long duration, spicy, perfume - soapy, sweet fruit, yeasty, citrus notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. ( IMO it is Belgium Witbier and not a German Hefeweizen). [20130926]

Backlog. On tap @ Bockbierfest 2004 and bottle some later. Clear brown color, just how it should be. Big head, quickly receding. Aroma’s: caramel, fruit, sweet malts. Flavor is medium sweet, medium bitter. Medium bodied. Firm bitter finish. Very well made bock, very German style.
