Weich getreidiger Beginn, deutlich grasige Herbenoten stoßen hinzu. Die hopfige Grasigkeit stellt sich dann noch deutlicher in den Vordergrund, hopfig, süffig, rund. Absolut gelungen! 12/12/13/12//12

Hopfiger, wenig säuerlicher Beginn. Flache Karbonisierung, leichte Herbe, zwischenzeitlich wässrig, dann grasig. Zum Ende bitter-grasig, angenehme Intensität. OK. 13/8/10/10//9

750 ml bottle. Brown color, cloudy. Aroma has caramel, mango and a hint of yoghurt. Sour flavor with lemon, toffee and a hint of milk chocolate. Caramelly notes in the finish. Yoghurt. Badly infected.

Straight from the lagering tank. Thanks to the brewer. Cloudy orange colour. Big stable tan head. Good refreshing aroma, citric. The flavour also has some citrus. Seems to come from the hops, but lemon is added.

Draught at the nice farmhouse museum. Weak dusty aroma. Clear warm golden colour, almost copper. Nice stable white head. The flavour is bready with some slightly rough bitterness. Hint of aroma hops and vegetable. The finish has some yeast and an OK rough, cleansing bitterness. Sounds bad, but works out almost all right in the end.

Drank from tap at PINT bokbierfestival 2004. Info says 6.5% alcohol, and it is supposed to be a bock. Maybe another beer? Light orange color, short head. Aroma is hoppy, bit malty. Soft malty and bitter taste. --- Beer merged from original tick of Frederik Hendrik on 03 Feb 2018 at 11:32 - Score: 5
