330ml bottle from O Bon Jardinier, Ingersheim. Drunk at our apartment in Florence. Pours a misty pink, moderate carbonation. Crisp acidity, mellow raspberry with subtle blackberry.. nice sharp bite to it. Not bad.

75cl bottle from O Bon Jardinier, Ingersheim, shared with Soph on our apartment balcony in Florence. Pours a misty pale yellow, good effervescence. Moderate fruitiness on the nose, perhaps a hint of eating apples. Abrupt dry finish, not too much in the way of residual sweetness, still refreshing after cycling around Florence.
