Panda, courtesy of SaltyGrog, pours with a clear copper colored body that supports a light tan head of foam. The aroma offers up mineral rich molasses, a dash of cherry and then flowery to herbal notes. Interesting. The taste delivers flowery floral hops quickly flowing into sweet malts and caramel malts and then a growing modest hop bitterness. Toward the finish the murmurs of hop bitterness and lingering sweet malts meat up with a bit of boozy heat to create a pleasing flavor and palate balance.

Panda, courtesy of SaltyGrog, pours with a mahogany colored body that supports a tan head. The aroma offers up jammy fruity goodness followed by earthy leather and some toffee. The taste delivers malts leaning a bit toward chocolate malts and then a pleasing blend of plums, figs and molasses. Nice! It evens out toward the finish as a thin facet of roasted malts is noticed. Solid Wee Heavy.

Panda thanks to SaltyGrog: Poured a caramel brown with carbonation, head formed fast but subsided to a ring around the glass. Aroma is sticky, malty, caramel, boozy, nutty, Taste is rich malts, sugary, sweet, boozy, caramel, maple.

Panda thanks to SaltyGrog: Poured a dark brown with some reddish edges, head is off-white. Aroma is rich malt, toffee, caramel. Taste is rich malty, caramel, dark fruit, chewy.

Single from Beer Cellar Palermo. Tucked away in my luggage, then the fridge. Best within six months?

Mojito glass at home. Hazy, dirty brown pour with some low but dense ivory foam.
Smells of sticky toffee, creme & a touch of dark fruit.
Sticky caramel with some bitter earthy tannins & a backend of date.
Thick, a bit hearty, integrated abv is punching back a bit.

Just okay.

12oz can from Bodegas Cervezas in Palermo, my go to spot. A few months in the fridge, lo-ball at home.

Thick lathery Guinness, oatmeal-colored head over a protein-hazed iced tea pour.
Strong herbal & sticky malt nose.
Cooked down sweet pineapple & dank, sugary breakfast cereal, hearty babka, sweet nuts. Lingering herbal bitterness. Maple. Really tasty.
Frothy, coating, very slight acid helping it go down nice. #Warm belly.

Twas good.
