Overall this is an outstanding fruited kettle sour. All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of pomegranates, oranges, fruity/acidic yeast, and pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth and refreshing to drink with the mellowly acidic/tangy/drying finish; nicely soft and not overly lactic. Awesome balance of juicy, fairly jammy pomegranates/oranges, Lacto complexity, and pale/wheat malts against acidity. Light residual sweetness with lingering dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and impressive style example as expected. Just as delicious as the first one, but less sour/acidic this time around.

Outstanding Mosaic/Pacific Jade profile. Extremely juicy and fairly dank/earthy hops; with a perfectly balanced wheat/oat/malt backbone. Not overly sweet/heavy from lingering dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and outstanding style example for the huge ABV. A bit over carbonated, but actually helped the drink-ability.

Awesome balance of rich malts, maple syrup, and fruity English yeast complexity; with just enough earthy hops to balance sweetness. A very enjoyable offering, and impressive style example. A bit over carbonated, but not a bad thing; made it smoother overall.

Well balanced between authentic cherries, fruity yeast, earthy hops, and pale/wheat malts. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp dryness. A nicely enjoyable offering, and good style example.
