Pours moderately hazy/cloudy reddish orange/amber color with a 1-2 finger dense and rocky light pink head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Thick foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big juicy/tart/tangy pomegranates, cranberry, strawberry, fruit skin/seed, oranges, citrus peel/zest, lemon, lime, peach, plum, pear, apricot, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light peppercorn/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of pomegranates, oranges, fruity/acidic yeast, and pale/wheat malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big juicy/tart/tangy pomegranates, cranberry, strawberry, fruit skin/seed, oranges, citrus peel/zest, lemon, lime, peach, plum, pear, apricot, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light peppercorn/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness, fruit tang, and light spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/tangy pomegranates, cranberry, strawberry, fruit skin/seed, oranges, citrus peel/zest, lemon, lime, peach, plum, pear, apricot, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light peppercorn/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of pomegranates, oranges, fruity/acidic yeast, and pale/wheat malt flavors; with an awesome malt/tartness and tangy fruit balance; with zero puckering flavors after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering tartness and tangy fruit. Medium-plus carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/silky/grainy, and fairly acidic/tangy/tannic mouthfeel that is fantastic. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5%. Overall this is an outstanding fruited kettle sour. All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of pomegranates, oranges, fruity/acidic yeast, and pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth and refreshing to drink with the mellowly acidic/tangy/drying finish; nicely soft and not overly lactic. Awesome balance of juicy, fairly jammy pomegranates/oranges, Lacto complexity, and pale/wheat malts against acidity. Light residual sweetness with lingering dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and impressive style example as expected. Just as delicious as the first one, but less sour/acidic this time around.

Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of pineapple, toasted coconut, fruity/fairly acidic yeast, lactose, and pale/wheat malt notes; with great strength. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of pineapple, toasted coconut, fruity/fairly acidic yeast, lactose, and pale/wheat malt flavors; with a solid malt/lactose/tartness and tangy fruit balance; with no cloying/puckering flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering tartness and tangy fruit. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, creamy/silky/bread, and lightly acidic/tangy mouthfeel that is fantastic. Minimal warming alcohol for 7%. Overall this is an excellent fruited milkshake sour. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of pineapple, toasted coconut, fruity/fairly acidic yeast, lactose, and pale/wheat malt flavors; insanely smooth and easy to drink with the mildly acidic/tangy/drying finish. Amazingly soft, and mildly lactic feel. Awesome balance of juicy/fairly jammy fruits, Lacto complexity, lactose, and pale/wheat malts against acidity. Not overly sweet from lingering dryness. A really enjoyable offering, and impressive style example.

Medium-plus carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready/grainy, and fairly sticky/resinous/rindy mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 8.2%. Overall this is a fantastic NEDIPA. All around fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink for the ABV, with the mellowly bitter/resinous/drying finish. Nicely soft feel, and not aggressive. Fantastic Nelson Sauvin, Galaxy, Mosaic profile. Extremely juicy, vibrant, dank, and earthy balanced hop complexity; with a great balancing wheat/malt backbone. Light residual sweetness with lingering resin dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and spot on style example as expected.

Medium-plus carbonation and medium-full body; very a very smooth, creamy/silky/bready, fairly sticky, and lightly resinous/rindy mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 11%. Overall this is a fantastic hazy triple IPA. All around fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and dangerously easy to drink for the huge ABV, with the mildly bitter/resinous/drying finish; awesomely soft feel. Outstanding Mosaic/Pacific Jade profile. Extremely juicy and fairly dank/earthy hops; with a perfectly balanced wheat/oat/malt backbone. Not overly sweet/heavy from lingering dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and outstanding style example for the huge ABV. A bit over carbonated, but actually helped the drink-ability.

Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of raspberries, cocoa, fruity/acidic yeast, coriander, sea salt, and pale/wheat malt notes; with great strength. Medium-high carbonation and medium body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready/grainy, acidic/tangy/tannic, fairly crisp, and lightly chalky/saline balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol for 6%. Overall this is a fantastic fruited imperial gose. All around fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of raspberries, cocoa, fruity/acidic yeast, coriander, sea salt, and pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and earthy to drink with the modestly acidic/tangy/tannic/drying finish; not overly lactic/salty. Amazing balance of super juicy/jammy raspberries, Lacto complexity, cocoa, coriander, sea salt, and pale/wheat malts against acidity. Minimal residual sweetness from crisp dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and impressive spot on style example. Not overwhelming on any aspect.

Fantastic soft feel, not overly bitter/lactic. Amazing Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe profile. Perfectly balanced between super juicy hops, lacto complexity, and light dank/earthy notes; with an awesome balanced lactose and oat/malt backbone. Light residual sweetness with lingering dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and amazing style example. Perfectly balanced between NEIPA/Sour ale complexity.

Aromas of milk chocolate, cocoa, maple syrup, caramel, brown sugar, toffee, roasted nuts, toasted biscuit, and brown bread dough/crust; with lighter notes of licorice, molasses, coffee, raisin, prune, fig, date, smoke, herbal, grass, pepper, and yeast/roast/toasted earthiness. A bit too fruity/yeasty aromas, but not overwhelming. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of dark/roast/bready malts, maple syrup, light-moderate fruity yeast, and light earthy hop notes; with solid strength. Taste of big milk chocolate, cocoa, maple syrup, caramel, brown sugar, toffee, roasted nuts, toasted biscuit, and brown bread dough/crust; with lighter notes of licorice, molasses, coffee, raisin, prune, fig, date, smoke, herbal, grass, pepper, and yeast/roast/toasted earthiness. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering hop/roast bitterness and carbonation. Medium-plus carbonation and medium-full body; with a very smooth, creamy/silky/bready, and lightly sticky/chalky mouthfeel that is great. Mild increasing warmth of 10% after the finish. Overall this is a delicious English style imperial brown ale. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of dark/roast/bready malts, maple syrup, light-moderate fruity yeast, and light earthy hop flavors; very smooth and dangerously easy to drink for the big ABV, with the mildly bitter/drying finish; great soft feel, not overly roasty for the style. Awesome balance of rich malts, maple syrup, and fruity English yeast complexity; with just enough earthy hops to balance sweetness. A very enjoyable offering, and impressive style example. A bit over carbonated, but not a bad thing; made it smoother overall.

A bit of cinnamon/gingerbread notes as well. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of cherries, fruity yeast, earthy hops, and pale/wheat malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of juicy/tart/tangy red cherries, fruit skin/pits, lemon, peach, pear, melon, red apple, wheat, cracker, toasted biscuit, herbal, floral, wood, grass, pepper, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness and tart/tangy fruit. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy/sticky, and fairly crisp/acidic/tangy/tannic balanced mouthfeel that is good. A bit rough finishing. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.5%. Overall this is a nice fruited American blonde ale. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of cherries, fruity yeast, earthy hops, and pale/wheat malt flavors; smooth and fairly crisp to drink with the mellowly bitter/acidic/tangy/drying finish. Well balanced between authentic cherries, fruity yeast, earthy hops, and pale/wheat malts. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp dryness. A nicely enjoyable offering, and good style example. Wish it was more refreshing.
