Pours relatively flat, just a bit of foam, hazy orange. Nose is tart, feels like apple juice, acidic and not so sweet one. Tastes sour, some cinnamon notes, light lacto. Overall feels quite refreshing and actually packs some flavour for this extremely low abv. Not bad at all, even surprised me a bit. Dry slick and sour finish.

Tap @ deTolly, Tartu. Pours hazy yellow, some white foam on top. Sour nose with clearly recognisable quince character. Quince pie? Taste is intensly sour, not unbearable. Quince is quite clear also in the taste, sour and fruity-creamy. Refreshing and tart, perfect summer beer if you ask me.

Tap @ deTolly, Tartu. Pours almost clear golden, some foam. Light soft tropical fruity nose, velvety oats there. Tastes light, low bitterness but high drinkability. Smooth and velvety texture. Not entirely polished but still recognisably decent attempt on somethibg NE-like. Bit more clean flavours plus some lupulin powser tingle and this would be real good.

500 ml bottle from SIP. Pours almost transparent orange golden, bit darker shade and with a huge fluffy head. Overcarbonated and not really possible to pour without excessive foam. Nose has wet malts, wet cardboard and some wastewater. Not the best. Taste has malty sweetness bit not too much, birch-centered herbal thing and medium bitterness, not in balance Drinkable but super simple and overcarbonated. Bit meh.

330 ml bottle from SIP: Pours orange, cloudy and with very little carbonation (and foam). Nose has some kaffir lime, light citrus plus some ginger. Taste is juicy, lime is abundant and ginger spice is coming out in the finish. Light bitterness, actually drinks like a shandy I think, easygoing thing. Not too bad, works well in hot summer, methinks.
