Draft. Golden beer with a cream head. Malt and light mineral aroma. Mineral and malt flavor with light spice. Medium bodied. Mineral and malt linger with light spice.

Tap at Uba Ja Humal, Tallinn. Pours clear dark maroon with dissipating tan foam. Aroma: toasted brown bread, caramel, rye, demerara. Taste: moderate to heavy sweet with low bitterness, pumpernickel, fermented cola. Medium body with light carbonation.

Tap at Pohja Ookul. Rather thin body, med-low carbonation. Astringent, grainy. Not sure if the rice was supposed to help or caused the problem. Anyway, bland, boring, untasty. Average at best.
