(Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm, 22 Oct 2024) Hazy amber colour with brief head. Fruity nose with notes of plums, oak wood, vinegar, grapefruit and some white bread. Fruity, tart taste with plums, grapefruit, oak wood, white bread, vanilla, vinegar and a dry and tart finish. Low bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Slightly sharp acidity. Fresh and tart, with a good plum character. Nice one.
