(Cask at Oliver Twist, Stockholm, 31 March 2019) Black colour with dense, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with chocolate, coffee and black rye bread. Malty, roasted taste with notes of dark chocolate, coffee, hints of peat smoke, liquorice, black rye bread and a balanced roasty bitterness in a dry finish. Medium body, dry. Really tasty and well made cask version, with lower abv than the keg version, making it highly drinkable. Very nice.

Cask at Spritmusuem, Stockholm. Hazy orange colour, small head. Rich aroma of of elderflowers. Sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel mouthfeel. Sugar and elderflowers. Mid bitter finish.

Bottle kindly shared by Ellen. Clear, dark amber with no head. Dates, raisins, caramel, brown sugar and oak. Fairly good, but some cardboard lingering disturbing the finish.

(Bottle, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 5 Oct 2018) Dark brown colour with foamy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with notes of saffron, chocolate, coffee and vinous hints of cognac. Malty, roasted, vinous taste with caramel, chocolate, brandy, saffron and a mild roasty bitterness. Full body, sweet. Tasty, with lots of saffron. Possibly a bit unbalanced and boozy. Still, quite nice.

(Bottle, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 4 Oct 2018) Pale amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty nose with notes of toast, crisp-bread and apricots. Malty taste with toast, apricots, citrus and a mild herbal bitterness. Light body, quite dry. Thin, but really good taste for a non alcohol beer. Quite enjoyable.
