Bottle, BB 01.08.2017 (from SIP?). Pours copper with beige head. The head stays for a moment. Aroma is sweet, caramel, malt, some fruits. Flavor is sweet and bitter, malt, sugar, caramel, booze, fruits, some roast. Finish is sweet and malty. Overall: drinkable, but not sure I would call this baltic porter, more dark ale or something in that vein.

Huge thanks to Erzengel for sharing! Pours dark reddish brown colour with a mid-sized most good lasting tan head. Aroma of dark roasted malt, dark fruits, berries. Taste of mild tart red fruits, berries, some roasted malt, chocolate, interesting!

Bottle, batch 006 (thanks helen). Pours golden. Aroma is fruity, sour, citrus, bit dirty. Flavor is sweet and bitter, sugar, fruits, citrus, lemon. Finish is sugary sweet and bitter. Alcohol is rather covered ( by sugar probably). Overall: ok, but way too sweet for me and not a saison in any way i can think of.

Many thanks to my Secret EU-Santa martjoobolut for this bottle! Great fruity sour beginning. The cassis fits in ideal with the round and malty smooth body. Long aftertaste with a nice combination of sourish cassis and intense roasted smooth malt. Nice.
