Bottle from Bottle Shop: pours fizzy gold with white head. Kind of cheap, grainy and vanilla aroma. Sweet without much hop character.

568ml can from mini Mix supermarket, Rue Gray in Etterbeek. F: big, tan, good retention. C: dark with coppery hue against the light, clear. A: light roasted tones, bready, bit caramel. T: light malty base, bready, bit roasted tones, caramel, berries touch, bit more on the sweet side but velvety mouthfeel is nice, not bad.

Ein Helles / Lager aus Litauen. Das der Kopf einer Flasche mit goldener Alufolie eingekleidet wird kennt man. Bei einer Dose habe ich das bisher nur bei dieser Brauerei gesehen. Das Bier selbst hat eine helle, klare Farbe - Gold mit minimalem Rotstich. Schaumentwicklung mittelgut, aber sehr cremig und bleibt auch für ca. 2 Minuten sehr stabil, bevor er sich komplett auflöst. Malz und florale Nuancen in der Nase. Schmeckt dann deutlich „dunkler“ als die helle Farbe vermuten ließ. Sehr malzig (blind verkostet würde ich fast „dunkelmalzig“ sagen). Ein kleiner Hauch Birne und Blumen. Angenehme, aber recht milde Hopfennote. Nach dem kräftigen Antrunk kommt nicht mehr so viel. Die Malznote wirkt auch nach ein paar Schlucken ein kleines bisschen „leer“ und „ausgekocht“. Das Bier hat einen durchaus kräftigen Geschmack, ist aber trotzdem eher auf der „süffigen“, statt auf der „gehaltvollen“ Seite. Kohlensäuregehalt ist im Mediumbereich angesiedelt. Die erste Dose davon habe ich in Rekordzeit in mich reinzuschüttet, die zweite dauerte dann doch etwas länger. Habe ich in einem kleinen Mix Markt gekauft. Die Supermarktkette hat sich auf Produkte aus Osteuropa spezialisiert. Obwohl der Laden nicht groß war, wurde hier eine erstaunliche Auswahl an „exotischen“ Bieren geboten. Und preislich (für Importware) auch OK.

568ml can. Pours pale lemon gold with a small head. Aroma is wheaty peach. Taste has peach yoghurt and wheat throughout with lemon on the finish.

Smell of roasted malt, licorice. Deep bronze colour, high beige head. Aroma of roasted malt, licorice, molasses, some rubbery note. Sweet. Soft carbon.

Almost black beer, a head is medium and beige. Aroma has breadyness, some roastiness, melasse and caramel. Taste has breadyness, quite sweet and caramelly body, some roasstiness. Medium bodied. Pretty nice.

lattina 1 pinta, bel cappello di schiuma bianca pannosa persistente, colore giallo pallido limpido, al naso malto cereali miele leggere note citriche, in bocca malto cereali note citriche, corpo leggero, carbonazione moderata, amaro percettibile, dolce nel finale.
