TCBW2026. Amber colour with a small off-white foamy head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is baked oven apples with mild cinnamon as well as some floral, nutty and wooden tones. Flavour has a nice floral, nutty and wooden edge to it, but is towards the end overtaken by baked sweet apples. Slight touch of alcohol too.

TCBW2026. Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, some tart floral and mild earthy and herbal tones to it. Flavour is quite similar with a nice tartness to it. A bit thin as for the palate.

TCBW2026. Brownish amber colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is rye, some slight spicy and sweet rye bready tones. Flavour is sweet grains, some rye bread and mild toasted tones. Nice sweet grains also in the finish.

TCBW2026. Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is dried fruits, some yeasty spiciness, mild berries and some slight sweet malty tones. Flavour is quite similar, but also has a slight alcohol edge to it. Lacks a bit of complexity to be a really good one, hence it leaves a bit "homebrewish".

TCBW2026. Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma si slightly toasted with some herbal tones and mild tart berries and wood too. Flavour is tart berries, some tartish wood with mild toasted/chewy (not in a bad way) tones to it as well. Lacks some proper acidity to really be a Flemish Red...
