Таким образом, на Васильевском Острове на свет появился наш первый сорт – «ВАСИЛЕОСТРОВСКОЕ Домашнее». Сваренный однажды для единственного ресторана сорт, настолько пришёлся по вкусу публике, что это положило начало нашей истории, длиной в десятилетия!

Cloudy yellow with a tall white head. Bread, sweet corn, subtle banana, clove. Light to medium sweet, low bitterness.

Аромат немного алкогольный, также много кориандра. Цвет обычный, средне мутный, желтый, хорошая белая пенка по началу. Вкус чересчур цитрусовый, а точнее апельсиновый от корочки. Ощущаются легкие ноты меда. Послевкусие дрожжевое, снова много трав, не очень хороший баланс, а в общем неплохой витбир.

Аромат в принципе не плохой. Сладкий, очень четко ощущается карамель и легкая ванильность. Цвет темно коричневый как и должно быть, пена не взрачная, быстро падает. Вкус средний, мягкий, чересчур сильно ощущается жженый карамель. Послевкусие пустое, лишь немного коричневого сахара. Большой минус, это появление алкоголя при комнатной температуры пива.

Tap. Golden, hazy, yellowish foam. Aroma: metallic tangerine, sweet and sour. Taste: sweet, slightly sour, tangerine, well, not scary, but not particularly tasty either.

Appearance: Opaque deep brown to black with a decent tan head. Aroma: Massive peanuts, darl malt, chocolate, waffles. Taste: Light sweet low to light bitterness. Peanuts, darl malt, chocolate, waffles, distant hop. Mouth feel: Medium body, soft to average carbonation. Summary: Overloaded with peanuts that do not seem to be artificial thankfully.

Appearance: Cloudy yellow to orange with a moderate white frothy head of low to medium retention. Aroma and taste: wet grain, wheat bread, unpleasant phenols. Light sweet. Low bitterness. Mouth feel: Light to medium body, average carbonation. Summary: Not great.

Clear gold with a tall white frothy head of medium retention. Aroma and taste: Grain, lager yeast, fruity notes, spicy hop. Medium sweet, light to medium bitter. Mouth feel: Light to medium body, average to lively carbonation. Summary. Not a star.

Appearance: Fogged deep gold to light amber with a moderate off-white frothy head of medium retention. Aroma and taste: Pale malt, toasted malt, vanilla, corn, fruity notes, some hop. Mouth feel: Medium minus body, average carbonation. Overall: Strange.

750ml bottle. Pours clear orange with no head. Aroma is pears, apples, apple skin. Taste is medium sweet, pears, pear juice, slightly tart. Light sweet finish.
