650 ml bottle, 2014 version, shared by Cuso at RB Tasting Vienna March Edition. Thanks!
Beautiful dark red body, with no head.
Big aroma of bourbon, oak, sweet malts, some dark fruits, alcohol.
Amazing taste with loads of bourbon, oak, dark fruits, chocolate, coconut, toffee, booze.
Medium, oily mouthfeel, with a low carbonation.
Finishes boozy, astringent, with bourbon, sweet malts and sour fruits.
Amazing sipper! Wonderful, smooth bourbon taste. Heavy, boozy, complex and overall just very comfortable. Couldn’t tell this is a Weizenbock if I didn’t know it. On par with bourbon barrel aged Imperial Stouts.

Bottle. Aroma sherry, alcohol, dried fruits. Oily texture, clear mahogany colour. Taste is also strong in alcohol, but pleasantly so, smooth, slick mouthfeel, dried fruits, woody, a little bit tart in the finish. Light tobacco. Very tasty, very good.

750 ml bottle #59/120, shared by Cuso. Thanks!
Dark orange, hazy body, with a small, white head.
Aroma is sour, tart, with funk, sour cherry, red wine.
Taste follows this, also some sweet cherry and other sour fruits, like apples, some wood.
Medium oily mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation.
Finishes sour, tart, funky, dry.
Really tasty! Big, complex and sour/tart, while still with a quite smooth balance. Not the best beer of this style I’ve had, but a great one and a glad opportunity to try this!

Bottle by Cuso. Aroma bretty, funky, light fruity, very light cherry. Hazy reddish colour, pretty nice. Taste is surprisingly soft up front. Sour, brett, fruity, only traces of cherry. Good one and rather easily drinkable. I like it.
