Sampler at the Livery. Pours a nice brown and aromas are lovely. Sourness and bourbon are strong and also dominate the flavor as well. In addition, a kind of Chardonnay and white raisin sweetness plays nicely into the mix.

Sampler at the Livery. Body is a dingy light brown with a decent head and aromas of citrus, herbal and resiny hops with a little toffee. Flavor is light and refreshing, especially for a brown ale and the hops are heavier than normal for the style, making this almost an IPA.

Sample at the Livery. Pours typically dark brown with a little head and interesting aromas. No... Really interesting aromas. Kind of a peppery edge with a little medicinal-ness to it. Almost brett-like. Flavor is a mix of tannic acid sourness, dark cherries, and then sourness on the finish. The first sip was a little rough, but itβs coming around on me. It gets better and better as it warms and the sourness amps up, so I had to go back and adjust my rating.

Sampler at the Livery. Body is a slightly hazy orange with very light aromas of grain and soap. Flavor is also a little on the light and directionless side. Some non-descript hops and some caramel/bready malt are about all Iβm getting.

Sampler at the Livery. Pour is a hazy light gold with aromas of bananas and cloves with a little grass. Flavor is heavy (oddly?) with bananas and cloves up front and in the finish but then things get a little washed out between the front and tail ends.

Sampler at the Livery. Pours a dark and thick brown/black with little head. Aromas of dark chocolate and peat/smoke with some licorice coming out after it warms for a bit. Flavor starts with lots of smoke and chocolate and then finishes with an interesting dark fruit aftertaste. Very nice but mouthfeel comes off as a bit thin.
