A dark brown beer, a head is quite small and blond.Aroma has breadyness, caramel and fruitness, herbals vibes in the back, nice balance. Taste has dried bread, herbs, great bitterness, still great balance. Medium+ bodied. Maybe the bitterness doing it's magic and this is very balanced. Great beer. 8 7 8 8 8.5

Smell of straw, yeast, faint pepper. Deep amber colour, off-white head. Aroma of straw, dried fruit, pepper. Straw and yeast in finish. Lively carbon. Lightly sweet, finishes lightly sour. Pleasant.
