Bottle at TCBF. Dark amber colour, small off-white head. Sweetish, a bit ryeish aroma. Medium-bodied. Sweetish, ryeish, warming. Simple but enjoyable.

Tap at Fat Lizard, Espoo (as Winter Saison). Colour is clear dark brown with very small white head. Aromas and flavours: Chocolate, some harshness, some pepper, spices and malts. Harsh spicy weak saison.

Tap @ Panema. Poured murky yellow in color. Thick white head. Fruity hoppy nose, Galaxy overpowered. Getting saw dust, hop burn and resiny notes in flavor. Quite heavy. Has done good stuff, but feels unrefined as it is just now.
