Tap at Zil verne. Assertively spicy throughout. Also light alcohol present, especially higher alcohols. Not much else here. Thin bodied. Good one, but not my favourite.

Tap at Komin. The strength is apparent in this one, alcohol lightly poking through. Also too much body and residual sugar - too candyish. Bitterness is high, but not high enough relatively to the sweetness. The hops character is muddled as well. All in all a drinkable beer, but out of balance.

(Keg at Pivovarský Klub as Frankies Summer Ale, 20160613) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had creamy toffee, fruitiness and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, creamy toffee, fruitiness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy and bitter. A pleasantly done pale ale.
