On tap pours out hazy amber topped with a sand head. Nose is citrus hops some light fruit. Taste is more of the nice citrus a little tropical fruit and some bread malts.

# 4011; 1/2024. Grassy, creamy, melon aroma. Clear gold body; lacing white head. Creamy, grassy, melon, floral, coconut, tropical fruits. Very good NEIPA, Sabro hop more than evident. 0,3 l, draught, craft-beer bar, Olomouc (Moravia, CZ).

Bottle @ BBT 12/2023 F: medium, tanned, good retention. C: dark brown, hazy. A: chocolate, brett, wildberries, acetic, cocoa, T: full malty base, chocolate, cocoa, light sour berries, caramel, decent bitterness, medium carbonation, bit like sour flemish style, light infected yet enjoyed.

Bottle at BBT 12/2023. Gushing bottle, my kitchen is messy now. Eh. There is definitely an infection going on. Medium acetic sourness, medium bitterness, medium normal sourness. Acetic taste too, overwhelming most anything else. This is a fail.

BBT 12/2023. Dark brown color with beige head. Acetic aroma with light chocolate. Taste is sour, acetic, light chocolate. Something went bad.

Bottle at BBT 12/2023. BBD 31.12.2023, barely made it. The beer did not though. It is a gusher, despite being kinda chilled - not cool, but kinda cool. Lost about 1,5 dcl out of the 7 dcl bottle. Lots of bubblegum in aroma and taste. Med-high sourness and bitterness, med-light tartness too. Definitely some contamination going on, this is not only the barrels and sherry - even if there is a medium amount of that too. Not entirely bad, but not what it was meant to be. Also I would like to pour it myself, not the beer to explode.
