About
Bock’s Corner Brewery is a small independent brewery situated in the heart of a once booming brewing district. After nearly thirty years of silence, we brewed the first batch in February 2015 in a refurbished ice cellar that has now become our home.

Our beers are produced in small quantities and we personally check that every batch is up to the high standard we have set for ourselves- only the best is good enough!

We have also opened Bock’s pub in connection to the brewery where people are welcome to socialize and enjoy a tasty meal while watching the brewmaster at work.

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Very dark brown, small head. Caramel and coffee up front. Mid sweet with medium to full body rounded mouthfeel. Chocolate and ash, red berries. Warming bitter finish.

[ As Bock's Red Army ].
ABV: 5.5%. Clear medium amber - orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, pale malt, floral, earthy. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, damp stain - fusty, leaves, pale malt, sweet malt, earthy, floral. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20230304]

Keg at Bock's. Dark brown color and no head. Rye, dark chocolate and berries in the nose. Medium-bodied to full-bodied. Rye, alcohol, raisins, chocolate in the warming flavor. Nice eisbock.

From keg at the brewery. Poured dark brown in color, not much head. Licorice and coffee with molasses, sweetness, burntness and warmth.

Bottled. Black colour, small beigeish brown head. Aroma is roasted malts, some ashes, mild grass and a bit toffee tones. Flavour is toffee, some grass, mild ashes and a bit toffeeish tones too. Pleasantly balanced porter.

Draught@Bock's Corner Brewery. Deep golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is grains, some bready tones with mild herbal and grassy tones too. Flavour is rather smooth, bready, herbal and grassy in a nice balance. Very nice for being only 2,5 % abv.

Draught@Lakeuden panimojuhlat 2023. Amber colour with a small head. Aroma is gin, some sweet malts, alcohol, juniper and mild wooden tones. Flavour is sweet fruitiness, alcohol, juniper, gin, some toffee and mild yeasty spiciness.

Draught@Lakeuden Panimojuhlat 2023. Hazy amber colour with a small white head. Aroma is juniper, alcohol, some wheat, caramel and mild yeasty spiciness as well. Flavour is juniper, wheat, alcohol, some caramel, mild yeasty spiciness witha nice sweet kick in the finish.

Canned (thanks Alex M!). Enjoyed at Lakeuden panimojuhlat during the setting up of Bock's stand at the festival. Yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is has grains, bread, some herbal and quite grassy tones. Flavour is herbal, grassy, some bready and grainy tones. Nice mellow hopping to it.
