33cl bottle (#001) from Sip, Tallinn. Pours hazy dark brown with a fair, beige head. Roasty and somewhat earthy and wooden aroma with notes of dark fruits, dried dark fruits and hints of dark bread. Bottle, batch 001 (from SIP). Pours dark brown with light brown head. The head stays. Aroma is sweet, fruity, malty, some apples. Flavor is sweet and bitter, roast, malt, fruits, some more apples, ashtray. Finish is roast-ashy bitter. Overall: ok.

Draft sample @ TCBW ’16. Fin orangé, col crémeux beige. Arôme offre un nez malté, pâle et caramel, rétro de citrouille + épices habituelles. Palais est axé sur la citrouille, pointe épicée de cardamome, girofle, voire cannelle légère amertume sur la fin. Le tout est correcte sans être agressif ni sans saveur. Le tout se termine sur un léger collant aux lèvres, caramel avec une petite touche purée de courge.
