Cloudy blond color, medium sized compact head. The aroma has a delicate fruitiness. Smooth mouthfeel, high carbonation, it has a decent spicy wheat flavor and some apple fruitiness; correct bitterness.

Interesting to note another Parisian Pilsner has popped up at almost exactly the same time.... perhaps someone in Paris’ business licence office was generous a few months ago? Perhaps they though oh, if we allow one Parisian brewery to start, we better allow at least another to get some healthy competition going? But anyways, this is found in 330ml bottles at all finer Parisian beer vendors. Pours with a nice big head, very solid, bright gold colour. Vague aroma of hops, some cereal notes. The taste is quite smooth, a good grain start and then a hoppy and dry finish. Refreshing and not too bitter, it’s a good Pilsner.
