What a nice tasty brew!
Clear toffee golden color with a creamy thick off white head. Ok intensity in the aroma. Medium + body and a soft carbonation. Nice balanced sweetness. Creamy texture. Toffee, coffee, mild roast and a fine mild spiced back.

Bottle generously donated by OE at OSB 16.03.16. Muddy dark straw colour. Dense and persistent off-white head and lacing. Fruity aroma, with peach and sourness of Belgian yeast. Similar taste, with tropical fruits, peach, green bananas and fresh lemongrass. Moderate bitterness.

Clear golden color with a small white layer on top. Strong peach aroma. Medium body and a soft carbonation. Mellow sweetness and a fine acidity in the back. Quite fresh and easy drinkable. The peach flavor are quite dominant. Miss some more coriander and yeast in the profile.

330 ml bottle. Unclear orange with a very fast disappearing white head, practically no head. Quite mild aroma, not so much of a wit biere here, mostly canned peaches. Not much wit bier in flavor as well, quite smooth, but mostly mature peaches, some soft malt and hint of yeast (not particular wheat yeast). Medium body and aftertaste in same style as the rest. Interesting idea, but I miss the wit flavors here, as wheat, banana, cloves, coriander etc. This is more than less a straight forward neutral blonde with some fruit juice added. Not bad, quite refreshing but I miss some more complexity here, at least some wit bier.

Bottle. It’s a lightly hazy one, pale golden in color and with a finger thick white head on top. It’s faintly doughy on the nose, mostly fruity, with some lemon and orange zest. Rather peachy too. The flavor has a nice peachyness, with doughy malts, some lemon and a hint of grapes. Medium to thin on the palate, nicely carbonated and quite dry. Far from tart, and no salt detected. Tried to. Long peachy finish. Quenching but a tad much on the peachy side. 160312

Bottle. It’s a lightly cloudy orange colored beer topped by a dense, finger-thick white head. Mostly peachy aroma, lightly sugary, not much else going on. The same goes for the flavor, where there’s also some bread notes. It’s medium bodied and pleasantly carbonated, rather dry on the palate. Peachy, lightly bready and sugary finish. Not a bad one, but also rather boring. Quenching in a way. 160312

On tap @ Ujevnt. This is a cloudy bronze brown one, looks almost a little watery where it's resting in the glass and I top a small kinda islandy beige top. On the nose it's quite mild to my surprise. Of course it doesn't help with the tip top full milk glass either. Soft nuts, a little yeast. Smells fresh and raw - not in a great way. It's quite high on the carbonation, almost what I'll call creamy and it's mild oily in the out. Not a typical 9 point something mouthfeel for sure. It's actually not bad tasting at all. Was expecting a peat hell, but this is more a chipotle stingy vacation. Really nicely balanced with the heat from the chilies and the heat from the alcohol. It's really tingling the throat this one. Ends more yeasty, like a thin brown ale with too much yeast. All in all this was much better than I expected and a fun warming experience that really made an impression. 12.03.2016
