Draught@HBF2016. Amber colour, small slightly off-white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some mild toffee. Flavour is fruity, floral, toffeeish and some mild grassiness. Balanced. Seems like the brewery has fixed some of the "young brewery quality problems" they had in their early days.

(Keg at Stones, 20160302) The beer poured deep golden and nearly clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had spiciness, tangerine, sweetness and sourness. Palate was medium carbonation with medium carbonation. Flavours were spiciness, fruitiness, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was spicy, hoppy and bitter. A pleasant spicy and hoppy brew.

(Keg at Ølhus Helsinki, 20150122) The beer poured amber and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, spices and boiled vegetables. Palate was medium bodied and warming with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, malts, sea water, mildly boiled vegetables, sweetness and bitterness. Afertaste was hoppy, boozy and bitter. Unbalanced and unclean.

Tap at Il Birrificio, Helsinki. Colour is dark brown with small slightly brownish white head. Aromas and flavours: Chocolate, spices, christmas spices and roasted malts. Quite spicy light porter.

Bottle at Pub Winston. Dark brown-ruby color, steady beige head. Caramel, ginger, cinnamon and light toastyness. Light to medium-bodied. Pepperkaka spices, caramel and then hoppyness in the aftertaster. Quite hoppy spicey Christmas porter. Ok as such.

Flaske 330ml spandert av Rune. Delt på Nerstranda 27 Okt 15. Honningfarget. Lavt skum med bobler. Prikklacing. Søt honningaroma. God, lett syrlig maltaroma med undertone av honning. Behagelig bekjentskap.

Special design 330ml bottle bought at Alko Arkadia in Helsinki. Bubbly, beige head to a hazy dark golden body. Fair lacing. Aroma of herbal hops and mid-sweet, earthy malts. Taste of honeyed fruits and malts. Dried fruity endnotes with discreet bitterness. Medium bodied. Well worth drinking (shared with Finn, Tromsø 27.10.2015).

Smell of mango. Hazy golden colour, white hrad. Aroma of hops, spruce, orange peel. Medium bitter, flattish carbon. Rather light body.

330ml special designed bottle picked up at Stockmann in Helsinki. Shared with Finn back home. Frothy pearl white head to a misty dark golden body. Herbal hops and mid-sweet pale malty nose. Citric notes, almond, and herbal hoppy flavours. Drying ending with a bitter backdrop. Accepted (Tromsø 14.10.2015).
