Amber colour, small steady white head. Light tart, overriped apple aroma. Light-bodied. Light farmhouse funkyness, green apple. Kind of white-wineous but quite with little substance. Easy and suitable for white wine/cider lovers.

A dark yellow beer, a head is smal and blond. Aroma has apples, earthyness, sourness, yeast. Taste is cleaner than aroma, apples, sourness, slightly harsh, quite mild, some notes of wheat. Almost medium bodied. Maybe the recipe isn't totally ready yet.

Bottle 0.33l at home, Vantaa. Colour is 170718. Colour is slightly cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Grain, grass, some fruits, some bread, hops and malts. OK pils with nice strong grassy dry hops.

0.5L bottle named as Rousal Seawater India Pale Lager. A dark orange beer, a head is medium and blond. Aroma has fruitness and flowers, citrus, low grain and grass. Taste has grain, grass, flowers, fruitness, nicely strong bitterness. No salt. Medium bodied, low carbonation. Personal beer once again from Rousal. Good.

Bottle from Stockmann, Helsinki. Hazy dark golden with a white head. Aroma and taste of bread, herbs and some light fruit. The finish was bitter.

Bottle 0.33l at home, Nivala. BBE 11.06.18. Colour is cloudy brown with small thick white head. Aromas and flavours: Berries, lingonberries, sourness, some chocolate and some malts. Undrinkable. I wonder BBE... what is condition of this product in next summer if it is now drainage stuff.

[ As Rousal Sour Apple Weizen ].Unclear medium orange color with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, weizen yeast, rubber, apple. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average duration, tart apple, weizen yeast.
