Bottle 330ml. @ [ (PBF XII Tasting.) by oh6gdx ] - Petalax, Finland. [ As Rousal Själö Weizen ].Unclear medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, weizen yeast, buckthorn, tart, light funky. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, buckthorn, apple, weizen yeast, wheat. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle 0.33l at home, Nivala. BBE 010219. (Extra label says also "brewed with seawater). Colour is slightly cloudy orange with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Salt, fruits, citrus, some banana, some wheat, berries and malts. Salg and seabuckthorn dominates.

Bottle 330ml in pbf xii. Hazy amber colour, small off-white head. Farmhouse wheat aroma. Light-bodied. Banana, berries, tartness from havtorn. Duh.

33 cl bottle @ home. BBE 24.04.2019. Aroma is nice and fruity. Also spices. Flavour has fruits, spices, yeasty tones and mild minerals. Unusual weizen but good.
