Bottle from @Domus Birrea Rome, 2015, pours dark brown to black with fine minimal light brown head. Aroma of coffee, sweet, a lot of roasted malts, dark chocolate, some hops. Taste from a whole lot of coffee, dark roasted malts, dark chocolate, dry, damn all this coffee is gonna keep me awake all night, some sharp notes, laurel, hops, soft, low carbonation, damn need a sip of water right now.... Medium body, lightly sour. If you’re quite fond of coffee you have to try this, otherwise grab another stout. 330ml bottle. Light hazy yellow golden color with white head. Aroma os yeasty, spicy, citrusy fruity, floral, grassy. Sweet and bitter taste, tart fruity spicy and grassy. Medium oily body with soft to average carbonation.

Towering dark beige head, irregulary bubbled; pitch black beer. Dry hopbales, impression of brown sugar. Smoke, ashes, very dry, lightly-sweet, mild bitterness. Light body, seriously dry. Excellent dark IPA! Txs to Stef!

05/04/2014 La Tana (330ml bottle), thanks Dario! Dorata acida, lievemente torbida, schiuma media, discretamente persistente. Al naso lieviti, pane, note citriche, erbacee, leggera speziatura. In bocca pane, note citriche, limone, finale leggermente radicioso. Corpo medio, carbonazione corretta. Andrebbe leggermente rifinita, ma è davvero una ottima saison.
