Draught, quite clear lemon yellow colour, creamy frothy head, yeasty rubbery aroma with mint and a strange note of ham, flavour of apple and cinamon, with some mint, piercing strong bitterness that is a touch coarse. Nice and interesting.

Keg at Ma Che, Roma, 08/02/14. Lightly hazed orange amber with a moderate white head that retains well. Nose is tangy fruit, earthy citric pangs, lemon rind, grass, light floral waftings, yeast esters. Taste comprises lemon rind, big bitter orange twang, faint tropical fruit ntoes, mango, straw, sugars. Medium bodied +, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Crisp clean refreshing saison, solid stuff.

08/02/2014 Ma che siete venuti a fà (tap). Dorata pallida e lievemente torbida, schiuma bianca media, buona persistenza. Al naso è ottima, lieviti, scorza d’arancia, spezie, camomilla, leggero floreale. In bocca è molto ben equilibrata, dolciastra all’attacco, cereali, citrica, fresca, amara senza eccessi nel finale. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Davvero ben fatta, complimenti!

Keg at Ma Che, Roma, 11/02/14. Lightly hazed pale golden with a moderate off white covering that clears to a swirl. Nose carries a citric zing, spice, clove, floral elements, lemon rind, tarte mandarin. Taste comprises straw, lemon rind, spice, light herbal charectaristics, earthy, orange peel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying grass laden finale. Solid saison, crisp, refreshing, hits the spot.

Bottle shared at a tasting at Beer Market Jaffa. Hazy amber with an off-white head. Aroma of stale hops and a bit of malt. Sweetish flavor with some malt, a bit of caramel, mild fruitiness, a bit of citric hops, some what stale, and a finish with some bitterness. Medium-bodied.
