Pour is a amber with a average white head. Aroma is lots of caramel malts and a touch of something sweet like honey. Flavor is smoke but not in a gaging meaty sorta way. Its there just enough. Finish is again smoky but nothing over the top. I am not really a fan of smoked but this one is prob one of the best i have had since all of the smoke qualities are there but not in a big way.

Pour is a black with a small tan head. Aroma is very smoked with a meat and peat smell. Flavor is coffe and again with the smoke. Some dark chocolate and some roastyness comes through at the end but nothing to carry this one over the top. More of a smoked than a schwartz.

Pour is a orange with a small white head. Aroma is of very faint hops with a decnt amount of malts. Flavor is way super sweet with touches of malt and again the hops are way low for a IPA. Not even in the good category for an IPA.

Pour is a cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is fruit with some wheat and a touch of hops. In the flavor not much of the fruit comes out but that leaves a nice tart wheat and a nice does of pine hops. Overall very smooth and easy to drink.

bottle - Pours clear copper with a one finger white head. The enjoyable aroma is of hops with grapefruit. The flavor is, as expected for an IPA, led by the citrus hops. There’s some caramel malt buried in there too. It’s a fairly good brew though could be more crisp and a little better balanced. What we have is a pretty average IPA.

Pretty dark but not real dark, more like dark ruby red in color when under the sun. Some chocolate or malt hints. Mild yeasty aroma with good smooth carbonation. Very little bitterness and well controlled offense. Some hop bite. Yes, does come across with a choco malt at times. Finish is medium mild bitter hop medicine.

The smoke in this beer adds a nice touch to the sweet maltiness that dominates the flavor. Hazy amber body with a short, off-white head that disappears quickly. Aroma is smokey with strong notes of malt, especially toasted bread and toffee. Very light hint of floral hops. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. Finish comes up smoke. Medium body and light carbonation. Enjoyable.

bottle - Pours hazy yellow-brown with a half inch white head. It has a light wheat, yeast, and fruit aroma. The flavor is sweet and mildly fruity. I assume the sweeter fruit rather than the typical citrus of a wheat beer is due to the pomegranate. Light hops bitterness provides balance. It’s a refreshing beer though somewhat lacking in character.

Can almost be classified as a sweet or imp stout. Opaque black brown pour. Very little head. Has a girdle for a head around the inside edge of the glass. Aroma is sweet and possibly volatile. Much easier to enjoy than many so called chocolate stouts. Is not quite as intimidating as many imperial choco stouts but certainly has an almost impy stout character that cannot be ignored. Pretty good example of a dark beer except that it is quite bitter at times. Palate is thick and coating. I’m not really sure if there is any chocolate qualities in this or not. Some mild creamy carbonation that is welcome to the palate. Makes this easier to enjoy. Finish is quite bitter and can use a few manners but again although this approaches the impy stout style, it probably is much more controlled with manners.

Rather cloudy light brownish yellow hue. Thin off white head. Aroma of pine cones and grapefruit rinds. There is also some hints of chocolate in the smell to! Bitter impact on the taste buds but not as oppressive as many IPA. Slight carbonation. Grapefruit rind aroma carries over into the taste. Finish is annoying medium high bitter medicinal lingering palate IPA lunacy.
