(Draught at Moeder Lambic Original, Brussels, 18 Oct 2019) Amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty nose with notes of crisp-bread, orange peel and apricots. Malty, slightly fruity taste with crisp-bread, orange peel, apricots and a mild citric bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Soft and mild, but tasty and well balanced. Quite enjoyable.

Draft @Moeder Lambic. Dorée sur léger trouble, col crémeux blanc. Arôme offre de fines effluves de levure sur un léger axe houblonné à la fois fruité et hebracé, petite touche de menthe en rétro. Palais est sur une base levure belge avec une petite épaisseur de fin de bouche, grains avec pointe de coriandre, note menthe, herbacé léger et citronné. Grains reviennent à la fin.

Sampled at Brassigaume 2019. A almost clear golden beer with a white head. Aroma of strong wheat malt, some grapes, herbs. Taste of grapes, green banana, wheat and yeast.

Sampled at Brassigaume 2019. A dark brown beer with a beige head. Aroma of coffee, mild roasted dark malt. Taste of sweet coffee, mild roasted malt, vanilla.

Sampled at Brassigaume 2019. A clear amber beer with a beige head. Aroma of resinous bitter hops, grapefruit, pine. Taste of intense resinous bitter hops, pine, spruce, long bitter finish.

Draught @ Moeder Lambic Fontainas, Brussels. Smooth, earthy and vinous with loads of grape juice notes. Decent.

Clear and copper coloured. Aroma and flavour have lots of caramel malts. Well rounded. Could be more bitter.
