330ml can. Thanks to vinivini for picking up this wallet-punishing import from Dogma in Moscow. Pours cloudy amber with a medium-sized white head. Aroma is pineapples, pale malt, dank hops. Taste is grapefruit and tropical fruits, medium bitterness, tonnes of hops, medium-bodied.

Tap at Jónás Kézműves Sörház, Budapest. Poured a milky light orange with a frothy white head and some broken lace. The aroma is malt, grassy citrus hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a fresh, crisp, malt, citrus, dry pepper spice hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Tap at Csak a Jó Sör, Budapest. Poured a clear dark brown with a frothy light tan head. The aroma is roasty malt, light lactose, chocolate, grassy hop. The flavour is moderate liquorice bitter with a crisp, roast, light chocolate, liqouirce, big hop bitter palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Nice but they overdid the bitterig hops I feel and the bitterness completely dominates the beer when it should be in the background. It’s more like a black IPA than a milk stout.

Tap at Csak a Jó Sör, Budapest. Poured a milky light brown colour with a frothy white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is malt, grassy juicy fresh citrus hop. The flavour is moderate bitter light sweet with a crisp fresh, dry malt, peachy fruit, dry pepper spice hop bitter palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Served fresh and that really showed. Excellent.

Tap at 100 piv. Very smooth and well balanced, with moderate bitterness, and very light fruit character. Overall quite mild in terms of flavours, I expected more hops-wise and fruit-wise both. That said, it is easy drinking, good beer.

on tap at first beer, budapest, 275ft/.1l. pours a murky orange with a nice lacing. aroma of peaches, pineapple. flavour of orange and tropical fruit juice, peaches, but also spruce. quite fruity.
