Bottled 33 cl at Malmö Öl & Whisky Festival 2016.Hazy honey color, white head. Rubbery phenolic scent. Estery, light spicy phenolic taste. Clove aftertaste. Very fizzy mouthfeel, low to medium low bitterness.Huge hizz when opened, that with the excessive CO2 and the phenolic character makes me think it is problematic, likely bacterial or wild yeast infection with refermentation in the bottle.
