Bottle 33 cl. Poirs a cloudy Golden with an off-white head. Floral hoppy nose, more German than American. Medium body, dry and fruity with an almost herbal bitterness and some underlying yeast. Pretty solid, just not all that American in style. 051221

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an almost clear, deep golden with a huge, frothy, off-white head that slowly dissipated. Super fizzy pour. Dull, malty, fruity nose with slightly dusty hops. Medium body, slightly sweet caramel and toffee with a hint of spicy, British hops and nuts. Some late bitterness. Much better flavor than aroma. 021221

Bottle, 5.9%. Bready aroma. Cloudy light amber colour. Small white head. The flavour is caramelly with a high bitterness. Clean bitterness.

ABV: 5.0%. Clear light yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, wheat, pale malt, fruity malt, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast. Flavor is light moderate sweet with a average duration, wheat, fruity yeast, fruity malt, thin. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20210612]

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an almost clear golden with a small, off-white head. Some fairly friendly, Belgian style phenols with distinct ethanol. Medium body, fruity, phenollic, potent and powerful with a solid hoppiness. Absolutely well done again from Fulltofta. 120621

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear, orangey brown with a dissipating, beige head. Distinctly Belgian esters in the nose, complex dark dried fruits and dark sugars. Medium body, all the same esters are there, quite lovely but also quite dry - on the other hand it doesn'tget cloying that way. They are not bad these dudes at Fulltofta. 120621
