Very hazy yellow colour with fluffy head. The mix of fruits gives a combined taste of nectarines. Sweet and sour but not too sickly or cloying. Passion fruit in the finish.

Can 50 cl. Clean, deep golden with an off-white head. A very German, clean, malty nose. Rich, malty body, some floral hops. Decent bitterness. A very well made Heller Bock. 090823

Hazy dark yellow colour with big fluffy head. Aroma has lots of sweet pale malt. Tastes a little buttery, perhaps a bit of diacetyl creeping in. Quite an unpleasant grassy taste too.

(Bottle) Black colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with chocolate truffles, strong black coffee, oak wood, black bread, soy sauce, liquorice and tobacco. Malty, roasted taste with notes of sweet black coffee, dark chocolate, oak wood, tamarind, black bread, soy sauce, roasted nuts, raisins, vanilla, liquorice, treacle and a balanced coffee bitterness in the finish. Full body, sweet. Thick and oily mouthfeel. Rich and sweet, with a mild barrel character. Very nice.

Cloudy golden. Aroma is mango yeast grass light phenols. Taste is very bitter grassy hops. Mealy mouthfeel. Hoppy finish. Probably a Hopfenweisse.
