ABV: 8.5%. Clear medium amber orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, wheat, moderate to heavy hoppy, pine, fruity hops, marmalade hops, apricot. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average duration, apricot marmalade, marmalade hops, fruity hops, hops bitter, caramel, sweet malt, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20231025]

ABV: 5.6%. Clear medium to dark amber colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, sweet malt, bacon, meat, smoke. Initial flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet, finish flavor is moderate to light light heavy and light moderate bitter with a long duration, bacon - sweet meat, dmke, caramel, oak, wood - smoke - oak bitter, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20231024]

Mörkt kopparfärgad vätska med tunt skumlock. Rökig arom med tydliga inslag av charkuterier. Mjuk och lätt kladdig maltighet i smaken och en neutral låg beska. Röktonerna är något kraftiga och den riktigt mjuka djupa komplexiteten saknas.

Clear dark brown towards ruby. Rich foamy head at first. Aroma of smokey wood, ham and sausages. The smokey tones also balance the sweet malty taste. Less body than corresponding Schlenkerla but nice anyway.

Sample (thanks omhper!). Copper colour with a small off-white foamy head. Aroma is floral, some nectary and mild smoked wooden tones. Flavour is smoked, some nectary and mild meaty tones with some slight notes of rye bread. Smooth and easy going.
