Description
Based in Stourbridge, West Midlands, we have a range of 5 core cask beers, as well as producing monthly specials and a selection of keg beers.

Our own bar operates within the brewery itself, separated by a glass partition, so you can enjoy your pint whilst seeing exactly where it was brewed!

Cask at the Red Lion, Amblecote at 4%. Pours dark gold with a small head. Aroma is bitter mango juice. Taste is very bitter. Straw to start with mango and grapefruit on the finish.

Cask at the Wellington Birmingham. Poured a clear amber with a long lasting frothy white head. The aroma is red berry fruit, dry charcoal, roasty malt, nuts. The flavour is light roasty bitter with a big fruity light creamy caramel sweet malt, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Never expected this! Really impressive.

Cask at the Red Lion, Amblecote. Pours very dark brown with a small head. Aroma is roast and coffee. Taste has liquorice and coffee.

Cask @ GBBF 2015. Pours a hazy yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty weak hoppy citrus aroma. Fruity malty citrus hoppy flavor. Has a fruity malty citrus hoppy finish.

Cask-conditioned at the Three Tuns, Bristol 8/3/2016. Golden with a thin, white, head. Citrus fruits, some grassy hops, slightly creamy malts, and a dryish finish. Good.

Keg at Twisted Barrel Taproom, 04/03/16. Light black with a big old tan covering. Nose is milk chocolate, touch of Bounty Bar, sweet vanilla extract, light roast. Taste comprises sweet chocolate, toffee fudge, light spice, biscuit, spice, light charr. Medium + bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a subtle boost and warming alcohol. Solid.

Cask at the Pup and Duckling, Solihull. Poured a clear medium amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is citrus, light grassy hop. The flavour is moderate to light bitter with a big fruity citrus, grassy, light spicy hop palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. A middle of the road pale ale. Refreshing and fine for a session.
