Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 3B). Bottle 33 cl - Batch 214 (BBF 04/2019). AROMA: medium cereal husk aroma, masking a light cereal note. faint sulphur. APPEARANCE: gold color and translucent. large white head with average retention. TASTE: high cereal husk flavor masking a low neutral malt background. medium-low to low bitterness. dry finish. PALATE: medium-low to low body with high carbonation. astringency present. OVERALL: a pils-type beer with a huge note of cereal husk.

AROMA: medium-low malt aroma with a slight sweet component. medium-low to low oxidized hops (cheese) and a faint cereal husk note. APPERANCE: gold color and clear. medium-high white head with good retention. TASTE: similar to the aroma with medium oxidized hops (cheese). low malty background and faintly sweet. high bitterness with an almost dry and bitter finish. unbalanced. PALATE: medium-low body with medium-high carbonation. low astringency present. OVERALL: a pale ale already oxidized.

AROMA: medium-low slightly sweet malt presence (almost neutral), low fruity esters. slight oxidized hops. low background of yeast (uncooked bread). APPERANCE: gold color and clear. medium to medium-high white head, moussy, with good retention. TASTE: low malt flavor (lightly sweet and neutral), followed by faint oxidized hops (cheese), yeast (uncooked bread) and cereal husk. medium-high to high bitterness with a dry and excessive bitter finish. PALATE: medium-low body with medium carbonation. slight astringency. OVERALL: a session IPA already without hops and with excessive bitterness for a session beer.
