Pale yellow with small head of foam, good retention and lacing.

Smells assertive. .Strong notes of wheat and fruit.

Tastes sharp and unpleasant. Wheat is overwhelming and the peaches back the sharpness up. Very dry finish with champagne like carbonation.

Not nice for my palate.

Very sharp with the wheat and fruit. Dry as a desert finish, champagne like carbonation. Not for me.

Hazy light gold colour, about an inch of foam, nice sticky lacing.

Lots of wheat and honey in the nose, light spice, earthy.

Same dominance in the taste. Wheat, honey, earthy, some ginger that I notice more in the finish than anywhere else.

Pretty thick mouthfeel.

The smell initially reminded me of some sort of weird Saison. The taste too but not so much. Interesting combination of flavours; not sure they work all that well.

750 mL bottle @ home with LeninCat. Clear golden appearance with a nice sized off white head. The aroma has plenty of lactic acid along with notes of peach, apricot, cheese, and vanilla. Medium light body. Low sweetness and bitterness. Oak, bubblegum, and lots of stone fruits in the flavor. Some tartness. Juicy and refreshing with a nice lactic element. I’d buy this again.

Bottle @ home, picked up at Supermarket Liquor Foco. Ultra gusher. Upon untwisting the cage, the cork was ready to shoot. It gushed like crazy once I let the cork go. Fairly clear, deep lavender purple appearance with a big pink foamy head. Heavy blackberry Italian soda, light funk, fairly tart berry nose. Medium body. Some acidity. Lightly metallic. Heavy carbonation. Moderate low sweetness. Juicy. Pretty tasty but there is a metallic twang that I didn’t care for. Nice fruit. Careful if you’re cellaring this one.

22 oz bottle courtesy of my brother. Aroma is slightly grainy with a light wheat character. Some moderate lemon, citrus notes with some hints of lactic acid. Pours a cloudy pale, yellow hay color with a medium sized, thin, rocky, white head that recedes quickly to the edges. No lacing or legs. Flavor has moderate acidity with some light wheat and grain notes. Medium light lemon citrus notes with some white grape like tannins. No bitterness or hop flavor. Mouthfeel is light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice clean Berliner with some nice acidity and light malt character. Easy drinking and very refreshing, but there is a hint of sulfur or something similar in the finish.
