Beginning in 1994 with a 7 barrel converted dairy system, we set and accomplished the goal of providing unique traditional ales & lagers available through OHB. Quickly we outgrew that system.
In 1997, we began the renovation of an 1880 Historic Landmark building, which now houses our brewing facilities, a 25-barrel Price Schonstrom brew house.
Borefts 2019 day 1. Black with light tan head. Sweet deep toasted chocolate malts, massive spices, cinnamon, anise, gin, tequila. Big sweet and bitter. Full body and soft carbonation.

Sampled at Borefts 2019. Black with light brown head. Cinnamon, vanilla, spicy peppers, roast, dark chocolate, soft bourbon, dry malts, more spices. Quite sweet and solid medium bitter. Full bodied. Nice!
