Glasshouse Beer Co
Microbrewery
in Birmingham,
West Midlands,
England 🏴
Associated Venue: Glasshouse Brewery Tap
Established in 2018
Graduating from Josh’s mum’s greenhouse in 2018 (where the brewery gets its name), GlassHouse had a rocky period over the pandemic but managed to push through by producing a great range of cans.
GlassHouse beer isn’t fined or filtered, and while it has been known to produce a milk stout or two, its beers are typically vegan. While they’re available nationally, the team’s glare is firmly fixed on improving and supporting the Birmingham beer scene.

Hazy yellow. Light lemony aroma. Flavour is hoo, dry citrus and..... Something I can't pick out. Not unpleasant. Something maybe a bit earthy but I've not a Scooby what it is. Tasty and refreshing though .

27th Nov 2018, keg half-pint at the Bailey Head, Oswestry Shropshire. Cloudy yellow, no head at all. Tropical fruit aromas and flavours abound, Mango fruit seeming to be a big player. Nice summer drink, not suited to a cold, wet and windy day on the Welsh/shropshire border.

Keg @ Station. Pours murk. Aroma is light citrussy fruity. Tasty is similarly light, drying with light fruity moments, with fleeting grapefruit & stonefruit glimpses. Could do with more lasting fruit but like Richthevillan insists it is crushable.
