Initially a cuckoo brewery that first brewed in December 2013 based at Brewlab, they opened their own brewery in Summer 2014.

Cask (handpump) @ MBCF17 [ Manchester Beer & Cider Festival 2017 ] Manchester Central Convention Complex, Windmill Street, Manchester, Greater Manchester, England M2 3GX. [ As Two By Two Session IPA ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, moderate hoppy, pine, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, fruity hops, fruity malt, pale malt, pine, hoppy, hop bitter. [ As Two By Two Coffee Stout ].Clear dark brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, dark malt, roasted, coffee, sweet malt, chocolate, coffee grounds - coffee beans. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, sugary coffee, coffee, chocolate, sweet malt, dark malt, coffee beans. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. Tap growler fill at Coppers 8 till 8, near Gosforth Newcastle. Dark brown-black colour, beige foam head and aroma of citrus & pine tropical fruit hops along with some smokey roasted malt. Taste is roasty, malt, caramel, zesty citrus and pine hop resins, with some coffee, chocolate, earthy, smoke hints and tangy bitterness. Light to medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry lingering resiny bitter finish. Nicely drinkable Black IPA.

Yellow, milky hazy, bubbly white head
Aroma - citrus zest, soft bergamot, soft sweet fruits
Taste - soft sweet pale malts, citrus zest, dab of grapefruit, light bergemot not too much, hint of sponge cake mix, light spicy
Palate - soft carb, medium body, soft sweet, clean. Finish of citrus, soft sweet cake mix, light aromatic
Overall - Very nice, not really a Saison as saison yeast too soft, but still like this a lot

On keg at the Stockbridge Tap. Appearance - golden with a decent head. Nose - light orange, apple too. Taste - general fruit salad thing going on. Palate - light bodied with a creamy texture. Dry refreshing finish. Overall - nice drop.

[ As Two By Two Ouseburn Farm Pale ].
ABV: 4.5%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, moderate hoppy, pine, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, sweet fruit, citrus - pine, fruity malt, light leather - funky. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20171014]
