On cask gravity at Firkin Ale House Folkestone, clear gold lasting white head. Leafy hoppy aroma. Leafy hops throughout. OK. Decent condition good lychee fruit.

Tried at the Nottingham beer festival 2015. Deep ruby black with a tan head. Aroma has roasted malt fruit, and taste has subtle coconut at the finish.

Lyric. Cask. Hazy gold beer, bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry, mild fine carbonation. Mildly sweet malts. Modest pine, light orange, whisper of hop spice. Light semi dry finish. Needs more ooomph but not bad.

Cask (gravity) @ Nottingham Robin Hood Beer Festival (2014), Nottingham Castle, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England NG1 6EL. [ As Two By Two Caribou ].Clear medium yellow color with a small to average, open and frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, canned fruit juice, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20141009]

Cask at the Lyric, Soho, 06/08/15. Golden orange with a decent off white covering. Nose is citric pith, tangerine, straw, hop dance, melon. Taste comprises light bread, bitter orange, straw, citric rinds. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drying close. Ok for style, Nose was a contender for APA but flavour dropped a little.
