Foamy off white head stayed on a reddish brown still body. Spruce, pine & conifer aroma. Medium bodied, sharp over the tongue with a clean back. This actually tastes like the smell of freshly cut conifer, with berry, hints of smoke & brown sugar. Deece.

Keg at the Cock Tavern - Hackney. Pours unclear orange-gold with a tight, creamy white head. Has some pleasant, lightly dried citrus fruit character, tangerine, lemon rind, mellow sweetness, dry pale bread. Light bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Finishes with more crisp pale bread, semi-ripe citrus fruits, soft rindy bitterness. Pretty decent, drinkable.
