Can at home in Hackney - picked up on Columbia Road. Opens up and the beer froths out, which was odd. The aroma has some simple pale bread, a little meringue, pale grains straw. Light sweet flavour with subtle grassy bitterness, dirty straw, cereal, more pale grains. Light bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with some doughy notes, more pale bread, grains, vague fruity accents, bitter hay, faint grain husk. So so overall.

Can at home in London - sourced from a shop in Stoke Newington, I think. Pours totally clear yellow-gold with a foamy, white head. Hints of lemon in the nose, some dry pale malts, a little hay, pine needles. Light sweet flavour with subtle grassy bitterness, some husky dried, pale grains, aged citrus rind. Light bodied with average carbonation. Pretty basic in the finish, some vague dried citrus notes, further pale grains, bitter grass and straw. A touch bland overall. Drinks OK, but just not much to it.
