Bottled, from Systembolaget. Almost clear pale amber, rich firm head. Aroma of marzipan and tropical blossom. Dryish with medium body and firm, rounded mouthfeel. Hibiscus, marzipan and grass over a firm bready backbone. Fairly low bitterness. Quality all the way.

[ As Pax Scala ].Clear medium red orange colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, moderate yeasty, berry - fruity - flowers - hibicus. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average duration, tart fruit - berry - flowers - hibiscus, frutiy yeast - saison yeast, light funky. Fan rikigt jävla god. Bra jobbat . Medelbeska. Jättefräsch Dipa.” 4.3 i betyg Idag testas ölen igen . Den doftar lite tungt av övermogna tropiska grejer och jag hör då kolsyran härjar i glaset. Jag klunkar och reagerar över 80 tals kolsyran . Sen kommer smak av lite funky passion och apelsin 🍊. Anslutas med viss bitterhet tyvär. Inge vidare Dipa. 4.3 satte jag på första testet 2018.
