10 cl fra fat på Bishops Arms Malmø nov-18: lett uklar gylden med fint skum som varer hele veien ned. Deilige jordaktige toner sammen med nyper, skogsbær brennenesle og andre urter. Solid kropp og avrundet bitterhed i afslutningen. Interessant og med tydelig mersmak.

Cask @ Bishops Arms, Gustav Adolf Torg, Malmø. Pours almost black with a brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel, absint, loads of anise, licorice, wood, alcohol. Flavor is sweet, rich malty, wood, oak, absint, licoriceroot, anise, light alcohol. Medium body, soft carbonation, sweet somewhat herbal finish with warming alcohol. 060918

Dark sweet and medium roasted malty with some decadent chocolate, some sweet caramel and treacle notes, full to medium bodied, smooth mouthfeel, some burnt charred malty accents, dark malty finish.
