Bottle split at the Bespin cloud network, thanks to chriso, 15/12/15. Lightly hazed orange with moderate off white spotting. Nose is sweet honey, perfume, marzipan, candied sugars. Taste comprises sweet notes, light booze, honey but not as intense as the nose. Medium + bodied, fine carbonation, sweet licks and a booze cloak at the curtain call. Ok mead, drinks way below the ABV.

Taste comprises big honey, sweet licks, floral notes, perfume, light bread, figs Full bodied, cloying feel, sweet close. Ok mead.

Bottle at chriso’s. Pours gold, clear, with a foamy white head. Rich floral arona, some pale bread, grainy bread. Very sweet flavor, oily and a little boozy, with bready notes. Medium to full bodied with fine carbonation. Sugary and warming on the finish. Quite tasty, if a little boozy and stinging at points.

Bottle at chriso’s. Pours Clear yellow-gold. Rich jammy citrus and honeycomb in the aroma, some pale bread. Heavy sweet flavor with light tangy lemon, some pale bread, watery honey sauce. Medium bodiednwith fine carbonation. Very sweet finish, with some ripe citrus, gooey honey. Warming finish, with sticky honey, floral notes. Very tasty, but a little light.

25 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow to orange with a small head. Aroma is thick honey and slight herbal. Herbal. Honey and slight fruity. Ligering fruity and dense honey floral to fruity. Dry and herbal honey finish.
