Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy, pale yellow with a lacing, white, frothy head. Yeasty, estery mose. Medium body, a sweet fruitiness where you can actually taste the mango, which rarely happens. The yeast and the esters have mellowed out in the flavor with the finish just being pleasantly dry. A nice enhanced and modern take on a Weizen. 060220

ABV: 11.5%. Clear dark black brown colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, milk chocolate, vanilla, chocolate - vanilla, coconut. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, roasted, milk chocolate, sweet malt, chocolate, vanilla, light coconut. IMO: a bit thin ! Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20191101]
