500ml bottle. Jet black colour with average, thick, dense, firm, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, beige head. Piney, resinous, grassy hoppy and roasty, dark malty aroma, notes of pine, spruce, resin, hemp, weed, a touch of liquorice. Taste is roasty, dark malty and resinous, piney hoppy, notes of hemp, weed, pine, spruce, a touch of liquorice. Oily texture, smooth and super soft, minimally greasy palate, fine, soft, almost a bit flat carbonation. Very nice composition, harmonious and balanced, good mouthfeel - brilliant!

500ml bottle. Hazy, orange golden colour with huge, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Wheaty and smoky malty, slightly yeasty spicy and minimally yeasty fruity aroma, notes of smoked wood, mustard seed, a touch of banana, wood ashes. Taste is wheaty malty, smoky malty yeasty fruity and slightly yeasty spicy, notes of banana, pear, clove, hints of smoked wood, some residual sweetness, a touch of fruit acidic tartness; ephemeral smokiness. Creamy, almost a bit mushy texture, smooth and soft palate, medium, dense, foamy, mildly prickly carbonation. Very nice composition, mild and balanced, cautious smokiness, rather intense fruitiness, almost Weizenbock-ish - really good!
